This website is operated by Beyond Games Technology Limited ("Beyond Games", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Trinidad & Tobago operating family entertainment venues at C3 Centre (San Fernando), Gulf City Mall (La Romaine), M6 Plaza (Endeavour) and Trincity Mall. Privacy Policy
We collect the information you choose to give us through this website — for example when you complete a contact form or book a party room. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, your preferred location, and the details you provide about your celebration (such as the birthday child's first name and age).
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your booking, process your deposit, and keep you informed about your booking. Your details are stored in our customer-management system and are accessible only to authorised Beyond Games staff. We keep your information only for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — for example our booking and payment providers — and only as needed to deliver the service you have requested. Children's Privacy
Beyond Games is a family destination, and we care about children's safety and privacy. This website is intended to be used by parents and guardians, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. Where a booking includes a child's first name or age, that information is provided by the booking parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information through this website, please contact us and we will remove it.

SMS & Text Messaging

Bookings, Deposits & Refunds
Party rooms are available at our C3 location. To secure a party-room booking, you may pay a 50% down-payment or pay in full at the time of booking. 25% of the total party package is non-refundable upon cancellation, however much notice is given; if you have paid in full, you will be refunded 75% of the total amount. Any remaining balance is payable at the venue on the day of the party. Prices are shown in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD), are VAT inclusive, and are subject to change. Package inclusions, guest limits and availability may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking.
Payments
Online deposit payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider through a hosted checkout. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not collected or stored by Beyond Games or by this website.

We use trusted third-party services to operate this site, including our booking/customer-management platform and our payment provider. This site may also link to third-party websites and social-media pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties; their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Photography & Media
Our venues are lively, social spaces, and from time to time we may take photographs or video for promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear in our marketing, please let a member of staff know during your visit and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
