What ages is the play park suitable for?
The indoor soft play park is designed for children ages 0–9 — from crawling toddlers up — with separate zones for different ages, from a gentle toddler area to bigger climbing frames, trampolines and the ball pit. Older kids, teens and adults have plenty too: arcade gaming, claw machines and VR experiences.
Are socks required?
Yes. For hygiene and safety, anti-slip socks are required in the soft play park. You're welcome to bring your own, or pick up a pair at the front desk. Anti-slip socks are included free with every birthday party package.
Can we bring our own cake or outside food to a party?
Yes — parents are welcome to bring their own food, cake, drinks and snacks. You're also welcome to bring your own decorations, and our team will happily put them up for you.
How many guests can a party room hold?
Our party packages are built for up to 10 guests on the Basic Fun Party and up to 12 guests on the Ultimate Fun Party. Planning something bigger? Get in touch and we'll help you sort it out.
How much is the booking deposit, and is it refundable?
A 50% down-payment secures your party-room booking, with the balance due as advised at the time of booking. 50% of that down-payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. All prices are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD).
Do adults have to pay to enter?
No — adults and supervising parents don't pay to enter. The guest count on our party packages refers to children only.
How much does walk-in play park access cost?
Walk-in play park access is $100 per hour, the same across all our play parks.
How do I book a birthday party?
Booking is quick and online: head to our Party Packages or Book a Party page, choose the Basic or Ultimate Fun Party, pick an available date and time on the calendar, and pay your 50% deposit to lock it in. We'll confirm everything with you by email. Party rooms are at our C3 Centre location.
Which locations have party rooms?
Our private party rooms are at our C3 Centre location in San Fernando (Courtyard & Food Court). Birthday party packages are booked and hosted there.
Is there an age or height limit for the VR experiences?
Our VR experiences and thrill rides are made for children over 8 years of age, teens and adults. Some rides carry a minimum age or height for safety, and our team will let you know on the day. VR is available at our Gulf City and M6 Plaza locations.
Do you offer group or school bookings?
Yes — we love hosting groups, camps and school outings. Contact us with your group size and preferred date, and we'll put together the right plan for you.
What should we bring for a party?
Not much! We provide balloon decorations, a birthday gift for the guest of honour, and anti-slip socks for the party children — and on the Ultimate Fun Party, drinks and snacks too. Just bring your guests (and a camera for the memories). If you'd like to bring your own cake, check with our team when you book.
